Security and Safety Major Show in Russia.

MIPS is the largest and the most presentable international specialized exhibition on security in Russia and CIS. The MIPS security systems exhibition is a perfect site to promote products, further business, study the market and meet experts from different Russian regions and abroad.

The Show introduces a full range of products and services to make every side of our nowadays life absolutely safe and secure.

The exhibition was launched in 1995 under the auspices of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Council of the Federation Committee on Defense and Security of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Duma, the Moscow Government, the Federal Space Agency, Association of Russian Banks, BSIA (British Security Industry Association), TEEMA (Taiwan), CEIEC (China), ISIO (Israel).

MIPS is accredited by UFI (Union des Foires Internationales) and by the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs. MIPS is audited by UFI every two years.

Year over year MIPS platform joins the market participants from all over the world which confirms its international security forum status. This is the place where industry tendencies are set, new products are displayed, and significant strategic agreements are reached.

490 domestic and international standholders from 26 countries took part in MIPS 2013. Five countries (Great Britain, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Canada) were represented by their national groups in 2013.

Over one third of the MIPS exhibitors come from abroad. It is the largest percentage of foreign participants among domestic security exhibitions.

MIPS visitors are security pros, CEOs and senior staff responsible for procurement decisions.

In 2013 the number of the registered visitors who had represented 8500 domestic and foreign companies came to 17,571.

The MIPS 2013 figures showed 30,3 % of the overall number of the Russian visitors being experts from 78 regions (from Kaliningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky), while 69,7 % being from Moscow or its regions. As to the foreign participants who honoured MIPS 2013 with their presence, their number totalled 45.
